Patapon 2 trailer and a really addicting theme song added to the game!
Rhythm and Action Collide – Master all 8 drum commands (yes! you heard it right 8 commands) to beat the evil Masked Karmens to the ground. combine chains of Drum beats and with the right timing and rhythm you’ll surely win and reach “Earthend”
Patapon Evolution – This is one of my favorites when I played Patapon 2 and one of the major changes. If you remembered back on Patapon (1) the different Rarepons will be summoned by combining the items according to their rarity (the rarer the stronger) but in the sequel introduces the ‘Evolution Map’ on the Mater – the tree of life on Ptapolis
Patapon Hero- Introducing the new Patapon Hero, a prized fighter that you can customize to fit any sort of fighting style desired. This really Awesome Patapon can change itself and evolve to an ordinary patapon to the Rarepons that is shown at the images above! and not only that, it can change ranks from Yumipon to Tatepon to Yaripon and so much more! but that’s not all! (call now and you’ll recieve…) The rank of this special patapon comes with a unique ability that will surely bring your foes down to ruble! [ SPOILER: I love the special ability of Kibapon and Tatepon ^^]
Multi-player Mode – Patapon 2 introduces multiplayer game play through Game Sharing up to 4 players can play with their friends and work together to get special items on the game.
Fever – With just 3 Perfect (or almost perfect) Rhythmic commands, you’ll get to Fever mode in no time no need to fill up to 10 combos!, now using a miracle or juju hasn’t been easier! and if you’re good enough to perfect the 4 beats of a command (like pon-pon-pata-pon) you will hear an unusual sound and will trigger the special ability of the Patapon Hero! Amazing!
Mission Variety – Take part in more than 80 specific missions including hunting, escort, and boss battles, and explore numerous vivid environments along the way. Players will discover up to 22 bosses and access hundreds of new items and weapons throughout the adventure
Mini-Games – Seven music-based mini-games allow players to earn bonuses and upgrades to further customize the Patapon warriors. If you played Patapon (1) then you’ll recognize the same old faces of the mini-game NPCs and with new ones Included of course!
By these major Improvements from the first Patapon game, these are enough for me to go and try its addicting Beats and Rhythmic music that will get stuck into my head again even when i’m sleeping Just like the First Patapon did to me…whew!
